Design Highlights
The Galaxy S25 and S25+ feature nearly identical designs, with flat displays, backplates, and frames. The primary distinction between the two is size, as the S25+ sports a larger display.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra, on the other hand, introduces a unique corner curvature and a more prominent camera module. The new camera design is slightly bulkier, with wider top sections that could potentially collect dust more easily. Despite the adjustments, the Ultra retains its flat display and frame for a cohesive design language.
Display Sizes
- Galaxy S25: Compact with a 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display offering Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.
- Galaxy S25+: Larger 6.7-inch AMOLED panel with WQHD+ resolution and the same 120Hz refresh rate.
- Galaxy S25 Ultra: A 6.9-inch WQHD+ AMOLED display with an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120Hz.
Camera Technology
Samsung continues its focus on camera innovation with the Galaxy S25 Ultra, which leads the pack:
- A 200 MP main camera ensures unmatched clarity.
- A 50 MP ultrawide lens adds versatility for group shots and landscapes.
- Two telephoto cameras are onboard, one offering 3x optical zoom and another featuring a 5x periscope telephoto lens, both equipped with OIS for stability.
The Galaxy S25 and S25+ maintain an impressive camera setup:
- A 50 MP main sensor, complemented by a 12 MP ultrawide lens and a 10 MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS.
Performance and Features
All three models in the Galaxy S25 lineup will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset, which is likely an overclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Elite. While the S25 and S25+ come with 12GB of RAM, the Ultra model could offer up to 16GB of RAM in select markets.

Samsung’s One UI 7, based on Android 15, will be pre-installed on all models, ensuring the latest software experience. Connectivity is top-notch, with Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.3 included across the board.
Battery and Charging
Battery capacities scale with size across the lineup:
- Galaxy S25: 4,000mAh with 25W charging.
- Galaxy S25+: 4,900mAh with 45W charging.
- Galaxy S25 Ultra: 5,000mAh with 45W charging.
